Referral and Follow-up Services
Refers to the practice of helping clients find the needed expert assistance that the office cannot provide. It also refers to the systematic monitoring of individual progress of students who have undergone counseling, referral, or any related special intervention program.

Counseling Service
Provides individual/s the opportunity to make wise decisions and come up with a resolution to his/her problems. Counseling can be done either individually or by group, through referral or voluntary.

Onsite or Online Voluntary Counseling- To avail of the Counseling Service, the student shall fill out the Consent and Intake Form from the Guidance Services Office.

Onsite or Online Referral Counseling- To refer a student for counseling, the referrer shall fill out the Referral Form from the Guidance Services Office.
Research and Evaluation Services
The process of determining the effectiveness of guidance activities, methods, and programs. Also, assists the school administration in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the different student support services through evaluation surveys.
